Terms of Service

GLAD Driving Academy ("GLAD", "we", "us", or "our") provides driving instruction and related services to you ("Student", "User"). By accessing our website, booking lessons, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All lessons must be booked in advance through our online portal or by contacting our office.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Interact e-Transfer.
• Lesson packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the booked rate.

Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a "No Show" and the full lesson fee will apply. Cancellations can be made through your online dashboard or by calling us directly.

To participate in driving lessons, you must:

• Possess a valid Ontario Driver's License (G1 or G2) and carry it during every lesson.
• Be in a fit condition to drive (free from alcohol, drugs, or extreme fatigue).
• Wear appropriate footwear (no flip-flops or high heels).
• Follow the instructor’s directions at all times for safety.

Note: If an instructor determines you are unfit to drive, the lesson will be cancelled immediately, and no refund will be issued.

While our vehicles are fully insured and equipped with dual brakes, GLAD Academy is not liable for any fines or penalties incurred by the student during a lesson (e.g., speeding tickets, traffic violations) caused by the student's negligence or refusal to follow instructions.
